Brilliant alternative
Bought this faux panelling instead of double sparring my fence. Easy to put up, good coverage and much cheaper than buying from a garden centre. It’s unfortunately out of stock now and I need another 2 panels!

Great privacy screen
Bought this to attach to some new trellis recently added to top of fence to create some instant privacy screening. Really pleased with this product looks good, not too fake and the lemon leaf colouring is really lovely. Easy to fit to standard size fencing attaching with garden ties. Had to cut for some smaller fencing so a bit of sawing and re-tying the leaves takes a little patience. Would have attached a photo but doesn’t seem to give option, but would definitely recommend. Reasonably priced too compared to similar products and better quality.

I was looking for something to give us privacy through out back fence when I spotted the expanding trellis with leaves at a very reasonable price on this website. Did the job but loose binding caused some gaping.
This is good and was a great offer in the sale. However the binding of the leaves around the wood trellis was very loose so they drooped and this caused many gaps and didn’t give the coverage I was expecting. That said, it was great value and gave a good enough look so I was at least 3 and a half star happy.

Lovely product,good quality and easy to install. However, the amount of coverage one can achieve from a single panel is ludicrously small. Hence it's expensive to achieve the desired effect!!

Bought 6 if these. Don’t look as realistic as expected. I bought some similar ones last year from Robert Dyas which were vastly more realistic with leaf material, pattern and colour variations.
This one, is basically the same type and colour of leaves hooked in a grid which looks very artificial. Also the one I bought last year could be bent into shape and was denser, so covered a lot more. This one is very transparent. Might be ok against a wall but won’t disguise anything if used as a divider!

Disappointed!
I bought this to replace an old lemon leaf trellis that had suffered from wind damage over a number of years. Eveveryone admired the old one as it looked so realistic but this just doesn't look the same. The quality is inferior and the colour less true to life. I wondered why it was so much cheaper but it was false economy. I shall know in future!

Poor quality and packaged Terrible
Bought these trellis to brighten a brick court yard. They arrived in plastic bags meaning the frame work of the trellis were snapped in places. The lemon leaf decoration were poorly made, very dull in colour nothing like the advertised picture, also due to the way they were packed all the leaves were crushed and facing the same way and will not move from this position.

Never Using Robert Dyas AGAIN!
I made my order on the 7th of June and had to return the items as they were not the size I expected and different from the image
on the website.
I returned the items as per the returns on their website which they have the wrong postcode, luckily the post office worker pointed it out and corrected it.
The items were sent back on the 10th June using the same company they used and it was also sent back recorded delivery, they received the item on the 14th and yet I'm still waiting for my refund.
I have 2 different emails from them one saying it will be refunded back into my account with a receipt of refund, which I have not received the refund or the receipt email regarding the refund, the other email is off a different worker at Robert Dyas saying they haven't received my items and require proof of items being returned! I've replied to that email with proof and still no reply as of yet!

Robert Dyas offers a FREE Click and Collect service to Robert Dyas stores.
If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.
Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver items that are currently in stock in 3 to 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) after the date the order is placed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
