Smart and efficient item.
I bought one but on delivery there was a problem with the fan. I had no problem returning it and receiving a replacement from Robert Dyas. This worked perfectly and I am extremely satisfied with it, it works perfectly and it has good programmes for various operations.

Easy
Easy to use, very responsive to cook with, easy to wipe clean. We now only occasionally use the gas hob for big cooking jobs so it’s cutting the gas bill. Good safety features, I’m very pleased with it.

Works well
I bought this to use while our kitchen is being replaced. It works really well and having only one ring makes it take up less space in the kitchen and I haven’t ever needed to use two pans because we are trying to save on washing up. Our frying pans do not work on it but we are getting an induction hob for the new kitchen so need to get new ones anyway.

Great Hob. Flashing Off Button
The hob is great but the on/off button keeps flashing when the hob is off. I can’t find information about this in the instruction booklet

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
