Overview

Great for your patio or garden, this half-hardy Tahiti Lime, bears zesty seedless fruits and is adorned with delicate clusters of tiny white flowers that fill the air with a delightful fragrance. Capable of surviving brief periods below 0°C, the Tahiti Lime thrives when grown in large containers and moved indoors to a bright, frost-free position from autumn to spring. This self-fertile tree, propagated onto 'PS' rootstock, comes as a large specimen bush often bearing fruit in a 5-litre pot. The green fruits gradually turn yellow if left on the tree. Once harvested, these limes remain fresh for up to 2 weeks. Estimated to start cropping within a year and reaching peak yields in approximately three years, the Tahiti Lime promises a bountiful harvest. Mature height 200cm. Mature spread 150cm.
