Excellent
I bought this to replace a previous Tower bread maker. I have found it very easy to use. The paddle comes out far easier than my previous model. I use this for gluten free bread and the results have been excellent. Baking gluten free is a bit of trial and error but once you get the correct recipe the results are excellent. I haven’t tried the recipe in the instructions as my own is faultless.
