i purchased this headset after hearing multiple great reviews about it. When i received the headset i experienced some problems and faults with it, however the team at turtle beach have been amazing with helping me find the problems and any solutions, and ultimately replacing the headset

Great headset for price
Bought 2 for my sons and both are very happy. Look good, they say they feel comfy, sound is very good as I had to buy 2 I was happy with the price. Eldest had a much more expensive set before these and I’ve had no complaints.

Excellent
They feel acceptably comfortable but do make the top of my head ache a little after a few hours of use, but that is nothing major. The sound quality is very good and I have no complaints about that. The only issue preventing 5 stars is when plugging it into my new controller, it sometimes restricts it to only chat audio so I have to unplug and plug in several times before it functions correctly.
In summary these are excellent headphones for the price in terms of audio quality and comfort, only losing points for the plugging in issue.
