Perfect Size for small garden
Having limited space for a Vegtrug this one fits the bill perfectly. Assembled in a reasonable time and not difficult as long as you take it easy on a flat surface.
Quality is good and being supplied with a liner is excellent

Good, sturdy veg trug
The veg trug is great and very sturdy. As it's winter i havent planted anything yet, but look forward to doing so in spring. Only removed one star as a couple of pieces of wood were cracked, and I'm worried they may come apart over time.

Substantial unit.
Very well made, ideal for a small vegetable plot or wild garden. I have two large dogs so needed something off ground level, that the dogs would not destroy.

Medium veg trug
Much bigger/longer than I expected, and although we struggled to put it together, I’m delighted! It says narrow wallhugger, but it’s not narrow - it’s great! Panicked a bit, with a few screws left, but we think we made it ok. It looks great with my tomato plants in and no more bending or stopping the dog from eating them!

Careful how you assembly
Flat packed follow instructions carefully to ensure correct assembly as the measurements of the materials are not as precise as say an ikea flat pack item also there was a part which was damaged but rang vegtrug direct and they asked for photo evidence and part number and shipped replacement part quickly now all assembled and works well and looks great overall pleased with it.

Appearance good
Overall it’s great but the back board is too short so impossible to make the rectangular top board. However have managers to screw it into place by attaching the back runner to the main trug

VERY POOR QUALITY FOR A HIGH PRICE
We have now purchased a total of four VegTrugs, two wall huggers from your Company and two medium from elsewhere. After our experience with them I would have to say they are hugely overpriced for the quality. We have had split and badly warped wood, then had delays for parts to be replaced, one of the Wallhugger pieces was not even cut out properly, meaning the pieces didn’t fit together at all on one corner so the Trug couldn’t be used. The Manufacturer was far from helpful until I pointed out that the Trug was not fit for purpose due to a clear lack of quality control. Only then have they offered a replacement and collection for the faulty one. Despite being provided with photographs of the problems they even blamed us for not putting them together properly! I pointed out that we had watched their YouTube video, followed the instructions to the letter and had already successfully put three together as it was the last one which had the major problem. I was not impressed with your ‘Customer Services’ either because I forwarded all the email correspondence, received an acknowledgement saying you would be in touch, but then absolutely nothing! The issue for me is that we all have busy lives and there is absolutely no compensation for the time wasted erecting something that is faulty, taking it apart again and packing it up, having to spend a whole day waiting around for the courier because they cannot organise themselves even to am or pm, deconstructing and reconstructing to replace split, warped substandard parts, and all the emailing in order to get a result. I WOULD NOT BUY ANOTHER VEGTRUG NOR RECOMMEND THE COMPANY. I EXPECTED FAR, FAR BETTER FOR THE HIGH PRICE!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
