Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Product - Poor instructions and support Great product, frustrating instructions, the L2 is the revised L1 :) the instructions though haven't really been updated, with all the L2 features well my copy hadn't. The actual install was fine, however despite the measurements of the door, I needed to use the longer door bar into the lock mech (this will become clear on install) its not an issue as all parts are there, I just wanted to flag, it comes with parts for many options which I can't fault. The card and tag are not paired with the lock and the instructions do not tell you how to add them, in the end after 20 mins of searching I found you have to in the app select guest and add the tags. The app is frustrating at the time of install it was called yale access, but connexis L1 is still on the Iphone app store and google and that also works with limited features on the door, as of last week I just and email saying they replaced the latest app with a new one, instead of a normal app update you need to install the other app and then sign in this transfers your details (you must it says get everyone who has access to the door do this or they will loose access) Based on the company making the app it seems Yale have outsourced to a thirdparty which is why its another download (I thought it was a phishing mail at first) I want to be clear I haven't done the app yet and any comments are my issues not advice. There also seemed no way to contact Yale for support as the chat was offline at the time (mid week, during the day) they replied back a few hours later to my enquiry on the tags etc. It also took ages for the Yale hub to pair with my WI-FI about 5 attempts, but this could have been WI-FI issues. I want to be clear it seems a great product, we have placed this on a side door to an outhouse (so maybe limited use to fully test, it is easy to fit if you read the install instructions and watch the one or two videos online and know slightly what you are doing with a lock and handle. It is let down in my mind with the instructions to add a card and app usage (but if they keep changing the app it sort of makes sense why they haven't included these) so they need to point you to a link on their site with the latest information.

This product is delivered by our approved supplier on a Standard Delivery Service. 

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £30 from Robert Dyas, use code FREEDEL30 at checkout and is available on Standard products. This offer excludes products for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

  • Perishable items including live plants and Trees

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
