Amazing little machine
So glad I brought this little machine, instead of getting a professional upulstery cleaning team in. I've had the suite for five years, and it's light beige, we have really looked after it, but it's become a little bit dirty on the arms and seat. I'm amazed at how well it's come up using this machine. It does get a little bit hot so only able to do small areas at a time, but let it cool down and your good to go again. It's also quite heavy for a hand held machine, but hey it's done what it says on the tin as they say.

Handy Cleaner!!

Quite good but..
This is a good product that comes with 3 spare brushes. The only complaint I have is that the suction department can sometimes come apart during use, which can become frustrating after a while!

Ok for small jobs
Purchased to clean the sofa, did a fare job but was a little heavy. The washer did look like it had been used and returned by someone else as there were several scratches on it, if it had been money money I would have returned but too much hassle as the product itself was ok

Lovely colour
Bought this to use on the stairs ,it's quiet heavy for a handheld device and I had to keep stopping for breath as itfelt like I was doing a workout. I wasn't that happy with the final results , the carpet looked streaky and a little patchy was hoping for better results. Maybe, the cleaner would work better on smooth pile carpet as mine is more textured.
Or was it the carpet shampoo to blame! Not sure, I will try again with a more expensive carpet solution.

Not what I hoped.
Brought this for my sofas. Sadly didn’t really work. Water spray is too small and the vacuum doesn’t suck up a lot of water. So they were pretty wet.

I have only used this once on my sofa and it is rubbish, every time I try to move it back to clean the area the front comes off, the suction doesn’t suck the water back up very well, I wouldn’t like to try it on the carpet.

Buying this product was a waste of time
I bought with the click and collect. First the carpet shampoo wasn't n the box. I had to go back to the store. I noticed when I opened the water tank that there's was water already... But I tried as I needed it but it didn't work at all. It was faulty. I had to send it back and asked for a refund. Total waste of time! However, the staff at the store was very helpful.

Useless machine
This object is absolitly not adapt to wash carpets.. I'd do it better n faster with a sponge and it would leave the carpet less wet then with this machine.

Only good for fresh spills
I purchased with the intention of cleaning my sofa as a few marks from my toddler and my Waste of money, don't bother if you wish to remove old stains. My daughter did have an orange juice spill on the carpet though and it picked that up OK (could of used my vax though but at least this was more handy). OK for spills but not upholstery cleaning.

Dont waste your money!
I bought this hoping it would save time with cleaning my mats, I find it much more effective to use a soapy cloth then this machine, complete waste of time and money! It doesnt clean well and leaves the carpet wetter then when using a sponge! Wouldnt recommend purchasing this to anyone, it's actually quicker and less tiring
to use a cloth.

Don't buy!!
Bought for cleaning front of couch, chairs etc where dogs rub. Does NOT do the job. I obtained better results using a sponge and cleaning solution. Would give this no stars if that was an option.
