Missing instructions
Good quality wooden parts but there were no instructions or screws. Luckily I had bought a similar arch in the past, otherwise I would have had to wait for instructions as it would have been very difficult without them. I'm pleased with the finished product.

Google solid kit which promises a sturdy build
I have not yet built up the arch because of the weather and ground conditions. I am also having problem obtaining the ground fixing at a reasonable price? Most suppliers have no stock?

Nice once finally up!
I bought this a month ago and knew from previous reviews it wasn't easy to assemble! The side trellis panels were broken in several places, we glued them rather than send the whole thing back. Looks nice but not sure how sturdy it will be. Not good value

Verty poor.
Thought the description advertised was misleading as it was only adjustable in part ( i.e. the side legs). The top arch remains the same width. Didn't think the method of assembling side trellis to the legs was very good. Directions were poor. Overall very disappointed.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
