Seems ok so far
I bought this as a present for my dad for Christmas whilst it was on offer at a good price. He’s not used it yet as it’s not Christmas but it seems to be ok from first appearances.

Good value
Bought a little while ago now and does the job well. Not very robust construction and limited flexibility to change support angles. But for the money it does everything it says on the tin!

Terrible service
I bought a bench grinder that was coming direct from supplier. I was sent an email from Robert dyas to say it had been delivered to a local shop, there was a tracking number but no deliverer name. After repeatedly emailing and calling to try and find out who had delivered the item Robert dyas were unable to tell me. In the end I went through every delivery company with the tracking number provided and found out it was DPD. when I picked it up from the shop it had already been there for a week! I would like to add that when I was unable to contact Robert Dyas online the Birmingham store were very helpful.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
