Terrible sofa set - do not buy!
This was delivered last week - fiddly to put together - wish we hadn’t bothered.
Every corner of each piece had rattan missing so you could only see the metal frame.
The middle seat does not line up with either of the end pieces and 2 cushions arrived damaged.
Contacted customer services 4 days ago and still waiting for their response.
Thought that buying from Robert Dyas would provide me with a quality product and service - how wrong I was!
Also the image shows a square coffee table - we got a rectangular one

Rattan garden furniture
This arrived with a watermark on the seat - which we only noticed 3 hours later having assembled it! The sections don’t join together so it tips back when you sit/get up. Getting a refund/return was a three week round of cancellations and hanging on the phone for hours.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
