Does the job
It is better designed that the previous model I had as its top had a upwards moving lid instead of a downward moving one which had proved harder to keep clean.

Good product, good price
I bought this as an alternative to its main rival as it was at a reduced price, and it is both elegant and efficient. Easy to fill, easy to pour from. I've only had it a month, so i don't know how it will stand up to wear, but so far I am very satisfied.

Water filter
This works well and makes a big difference. Unfortunately I didn't realise how expensive the replacement filters are as the jug itself was very good value. Also I'm not sure how you tell when it is no longer working.

Wrong jug and filter pictured
If the jug pictured was what was supplied I would have given 5 stars.
But the 2 jugs supplied were the older model taking a different filter.
An egg shaped filter that was discontinued 3 year ago.
Then to add insult to injury only one jug was refunded.
Over 2 weeks later the same jug and picture is on their site.
Even though the issue was reported.
Zero stars should be an option.
