Great product
Recently bought this product to help clean some large floor areas which I do on a regular basis. Easy to assemble although took some time to find out how you adjust the handle, ( you have to put quite a bit of pressure on the hinge on the head but eventually it moved, doesn't mention this in the instructions). Shame you can't put any chemicals in it but understand why the advise against it. Long cable and glides I've the tiles effortlessly.

Avalia steam floor cleaner
Pleased but the mop head is not as good as the HD20 PRO but the HD20 PRO had a machine fault so you cannot have the all singing and dancing it is a good second choice. Maybe Avalia should have a look at the mop head of the HD20 which cleans better and apply a second design rethink

I bought this to see if it was better than a carpet cleaner, I really can't tell the difference but it defrosted my freezer brilliantly, if anything my carper was sanitized

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
