Super set of earphones
After reading many reviews I choose these earphones. Smart and stylish, the sound quality is good, and they’re easy to set up. Once you learn the controls they are easy to adjust and come with all the functionality you need. The charge lasts a decent amount of use, and the charge holds when you’re not using them. Can be charged with a cable or wirelessly.

These headphones kept falling out of my ears so couldn't keep them. As I had collected them in store, I received an immediate refund. They were an unsuitable size/shape for me, but this was no problem.

Fantastic sound
B&O ear buds are work of art, great sound, adaptive sound controls, various activity/listening options, easy to set up, easy controls, looks good and the sound is clear and well projected.
The first set I have received, they were used and not in their original factory wrapping… the ear buds from Robert Dyas came dirty with ear wax on ear buds, dirty outer and inner box and items.
Customer service immediately replaced them and the new ones received were in their original factory sealed packaging.
Luxury product sent in this way, will make me consider future purchases and their distributors.

Fantastic sound but...
Fantastic sound, but...my ears are not designed for them.
I'm devastated.
Would I recommend this product to a friend? Yes, I would. With a suggestion to do a fitting in the shop first.

Even a technophobe can use these
I bought these to add to my enjoyment of listening to my music.
After a while I did eventually get them working. Anybody else who is tech savvy would take to these like a duck to water. The sound is good and it gives me joy to hear the quality

Great sounding earphones but totally unreliable
These were on sale and online reviews were fantastic so thought I would give them a go and upgrade from current true wireless. Arrived promptly and was very happy with lovely build quality and some of if not the best Audi quality I have ever heard from wireless earphones. Unfortunately the left bud died after just 4 days. Assumed I was just unlucky (any electronic item can fail) so returned for another pair. Second pair arrived and left bud was dead from the get go. Gives zero confidence that these are a wise investment or will give good service for years to come. Battery will always fail but you expect to get 3 or 4 years not days. Returned for refund and going back to my old 'reliable' brand
