It's ok
For the first delivery, the stove arrived in a seriously damaged condition and I had to wait over two weeks for it to be removed and replaced. The second delivery was ok and it covers most of the opening in my chimney breast, although there remain small gaps on either side. Buyers need to check the dimensions carefully to make sure it will fit, and bear in mind that the socket for the cable connection is situated on the right side behind the front part of the stove.
The stove came with two black metal strips and four screws which don't seem to fit anywhere, and there is no explanation in the instructions. On the other hand, the instructions refer to two mirror plate fixings for wall mounting which were not included. I could not understand much of the instructions but, fortunately, I only wanted the stove as an inset to an existing opening and I did not need to concern myself with anything else.
The "fake" fire looks ok and the heater seems to work reasonably quietly, but I am not intending to use it.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
