Nice looking Vac
I purchased this item from Robert Dyas website it was delivered to my local shop! once unpacked i decided it wasn't quite what i was looking for I inquired on how to return it too the shop, this was not so easy As of regards to the assistant who decided to take control...after I was in conversation with another member of staff at the time.
After getting in touch with customer services, And may i say that the gentleman i spoke to swiftly dealt with my complaint.
I will however continue as and when to shop again at Robert Dyas ! But personally i think this person at my local shop needs to be retrained on how to deal and converse with the general public.
