Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this light. I use it when applying my make on the day light function. I use it as a lamp as well when relaxing. Having three different settings of light. It’s a very functional lamp. It looks good as well.

A much better mood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well as the nights draw in quickly and natural light disappear, I start feeling a little bit low, but when I switch on my Therpy light, I just feel this warm glow and feeling more happier as I have more daylight. The lamp comes with three light colours which are adjustable.

Real mood booster
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this lamp at work as my office is fairly dark and badly lit and this light lamp stimulates daylight.
I often used to find myself struggling to stay awake and felt very sluggish in the day but this light makes me feel alert and energetic. It has touch buttons and 3 colour modes, Therapy, Active and Relax and colour temperature. Therapy mode is very bright and illuminating and this piece of equipment really does boost my mood and on the days I use this I find myself with more energy in the evenings at home too. I suffer from SAD most winters and this has definitely had an impact on my wellbeing. I use this lamp pretty much all day at work !

A great boost on dull days
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I *HATE* the winter. Long, dark, days and little daylight - let alone sun! It actually affects my mental health, too, so I finally took the plunge and ordered a day / light therapy lamp. I didn't want to spend a huge amount, and this was in a reasonable price point, so I decided to go for it. I wasn't convinced that this would make a difference, but it really did. Very quick and easy, to set up and use, and it did (and still does) help the darker days go by better. Very pleasantly surprised!

Perfect Day!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t realise that I needed this lamp in my life, but I definitely do! I love switching the lamp on first thing while I’m having my morning cuppa. I’m feeling the benefit and I feel like it is slowly boosting my mood, which I was really surprised by. I am going to keep going with the therapy lamp and would recommend anyone who was a little sceptical like I was at first, give it a try.

Not bad at all
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Therapy light, stimulates daylight, which can be really good if you need that, and make's you feel a lot more alert and energetic. It has touch buttons to make it easier to use, It has 3 colour modes, Therapy, Active and Relax and colour temperature. It has a fold out stand, you can use it at home and at work. Exceptionally bright and illuminating. Energy saving light source too. Brilliant piece of kit. Handy to have.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to lift my mood and it works. The therapy lamp has three different modes....therapy, active and relax. You can preset the mode and start time depending on how you feel you can even mix them up. It is recommended that it used for minimum 15mins and distance of 20-45cm (7.5-17.5inches). Also that you glance at the screen occasionally.

Super light and compact and does the job!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had light boxes in the past but this is the best yet! Super light to carry and compact, making it so easy to transport not only around the home but out and about when travelling. The compact size makes it much easier to fit it around whatever activity you might be doing, and on a desk.
I love the 3 different light settings for different times of day and activities. Super easy to switch on/off and choose a setting with a light tap, great for arthritic fingers. I can really recommend this light box!
