Good cleaner in hardwater area
Bio-D and Ecoleaf are two of the "eco" cleaning brands I mostly use. I tend to choose between them based on availability as both are good. Coming from a soft-water area (NW England) to London, a hard-water area, I didn't realise what a nightmare limescale was going to be here. I use the Bio-D cleaner for the toilet, leave on overnight then clean in the morning, and actually also the bath and the tiles around it when they need a deep-clean. It is fairly thick and so will stick on the surface for a while.
