Beware adverts but good service, price and websit
Good price, good service, good website. BUT if you want incessant, almost unstoppable adverts appearing in your inbox don't buy from here if you can find it elsewhere. I have emailed the company to stop their adverts: I have blocked them on Google but they still appear, not in the numbers after I bought from them but, nearly 1 month on annoyingly often.

Overall ok once assembled
Not easy to follow diagrams to assemble & certainly too difficult for an older person on their own .Had to get assistance from a younger friend's husband & he struggled in addition not clear at outset a screwdriver needed.It was also heavier than I expected .No idea was given about long battery would last.especially when mulching or length of time to recharge .Once these hurdles were overcome ie really only half an hour for each of the above its performance was good

Good value.
I bought this model a month ago. Initial use good but the charger let me down when I needed to charge the battery up to continue working ie collecting leaves up.

Poor Battery Life
The battery life is very poor, lucky if you can fill 2 bags of leaves. I purchased a 40v spare compatible, which does at least allow me to work longer. The machine given all that is very capable, and if it blocks easy to sort.

Good but not much battery time.
Bought it for the leaf season. Does everything it says but battery only lasts 20 mins which is ok for the odd pick up but if you have a load of leaves down it is a bit infuriating to have to wait for battery to recharge,
