Bit lightweight
I bought this recently but it doesn’t steam that well. Not a patch on the black and decker I had before.

I used this to steam clean my whole house. didn't expect much for the money and would have paid more had reviews been better for any of the steam cleaners - so as such it was as expected. Secondary attachments come off on a regular basis as they do not click on anything to make them secure (primary attachments do) adding to the nuisance of having to keep refilling and making even easy tasks difficult. Steam is not an even constant flow and it takes longer than advertised to heat up. I am also not convinced of the temperature reached. I have come to the general conclusion judging by the reviews that steam cleaners sound good but in general seem to fail the customer. I did complain to B&D that the carpet glider kept coming off (2ndry attachment) and they sent me a new one in case it was faulty., However, it wasn't faulty just badly designed. Overall for the money nowadays i suppose its OK but i wouldn't buy another. I chose B&D as I thought being a tool company of standing the design would be better and more hard wearing - I was disappointed.
