Not for me
I find it hard to control and it is heavier than I thought. It won't seem to push against the nap of the carpet and I am only able to operate it on the lowest setting as it is so difficult to push.

Good vacuum cleaner. But beware the battery!
The Bosch Athlet is a good machine to use, really good suction, cleans carpets exceptionally deeply and the ergonomics are in my opinion far better than anything offered by the leading brand of cordless vacuum cleaners. However, do be aware that the battery pack is not user replaceable and only an official Bosch service agent can replace it. A new battery (part only) costs about £150 and you can't officially buy one unless you're a Bosch service agent. Most people will throw the machine away when it no longer holds charge as they'll realise a new machine is barely any more expensive than having the battery changed. A lot of these are going to end up in landfill I'm quite sure which is an absolute disgrace and a terrible shame because it is otherwise an excellent piece of engineering.

I was ordering an vaccum before 12 in midday on an Thursday and pay also for next day delivery.
My delivery was made on Monday and still not receiving my refund for next day delivery payment.
