Good quality bin
Good quality bin- I had it before and after 3 or more days of research I ended up ordering the same bin but in a different colour . I noticed the touch mechanism was improved vs the old bin . I am hoping to keep this one for a long time !

Top Class Bin
Have had Touch bins from Brabantia for a number of years and have had trouble free service at all times. The only reason for replacing the last was the bin got covered in paint after a major decoration project. The new bin is working as well as the last .

Perfect for our needs
I kept putting off buying - after all it is a lot of money for something you throw rubbish into. Now I wish I'd bought it the first time I spotted it. Great fit in our kitchen, nice wide opening, easy to empty, no finger prints (and because of colour our standard black bin bags fit without unsightly overhang).

Great bin received damaged
Looks like it will be a good bin unfortunately when we received it from courier it had big dent in side of it. It didnt appear to have great protection for shipping. I managed to get most of dent out but it left a couple of dimplrs in side and as its black didnt show too much so decided to keep it.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
