Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very happy, my third Braun ….. I speak from personal experience and have found both the shaver and head reliable and long lasting. I have a Series 9 Pro, and at just 18 months with the original supplied blade cassette, it is still sharp but noticeably gradually getting less so. A replacement is ready to install !. I use a cleaning station daily (that did get replaced under warranty as it failed recently) and clean tbe head of loose debris before it goes onto a cleaning cycle. Having seen the pics from previous reviews I’d guess at a poor cleaning regime, heavy blade application to the face and age related issues, mine is still as clean and shiny as the day I started to use it (but as said now needs a replacement due to wear of the blades). Would I recommend the product ?, yes without hesitation, this my third Braun electric razor over a 30 period, I still have an old Series 5 (590cc) I use as a spare, also well maintained and in good order. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for, look after it, keep it clean and it will stay the course.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great product with shorter life than expected Braun suggest replacing the head every 18 months......I've only had my S9 Pro for approximately 6 months and have had to replace one already. I think the second head is coming towards the end of its life too; it's noticeably shaving worse as time goes on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lasted less than 7 months Works well, but it became perforated within 7 months of light usage. Compare that to the original head I received with the shaver which lasted for over 2 years! It’s not good value for money to replace the head every 6 months due to poor quality unfortunately.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from the head fell apart to the piece I have bought pro 9, the head fell apart to the pieces after several months. I thought it was faulty and bought another one. It happened the same again!!! pure rubbish! I have a delicate blond hair, not heavily using, just normally every morning. I was taking care of the shaver, cleaning, keeping at the safe places, never dropped on the floor etc. Don't buy that product, its completely overpriced and the quality is very bad!

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
