The effective formula of Calgon’s 3-in-1 gel will not only soften water to ensure cleaner laundry every time, but help reduce limescale build up to keep your machine working at its best.
This contains Calgon's leading formulation with active ingredients to soften hard water, preventing limescale from forming in the first place.
Calgon is not a descaler, but purely a preventative measure - meaning the sooner you introduce Calgon into your daily wash routine, the better!
Calgon Tablets begins acting immediately to neutralise limescale, prevent dirt residue and odours leaving your washing machine healthy and your clothes protected.
For a protected, clean and fresh machine, there are three naturalising actions:
1. Powerful limescale protection that helps prevent machine breakdown.
2. Anti-dirt actives help protect from the accumulation of dirt and detergent residues.
3. Help prevent malodours from forming in the machine.
Without using Calgon in your home, lime scale, dirt and residues will build up in the drum, filter and pipes which may not only cause your machine to break down but may be the source of malodours which prevent you from getting the best laundry results.

Great for maintenance of the washing machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to clean my washing machine. It’s easy to use with good instructions on the bottle. My clothes smells better since using this liquid so I think it really helped to remove limescale built up and improves water drainage.

It helps to make my washing machine smell so nice and clean, I use it in every wash. It's the best product around to use on my washing machine. I will not use anything else, calgon all the way.

Calgon Lime Scale Protection Gel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time using a Calgon product. Compared to the other similar products on the market, this Calgon product did make the laundry and the washing machine drum smell really fresh. Not a great deal of the product required per wash, which is a real bonus compared to the other products I've used. More time required to establish the amount of lime scale reduction achieved, especially in the hard water area I live in, but I'm impressed so far.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
