Worst firm I’ve ever bought off
I bought this towel holder delivery was down for a Saturday then didn’t arrive Monday said it wasn’t being delivered went out for the day only to get a message after lunch that it was now being delivered between 4 and 6pm it wasn’t then I get a message around 7pm saying it’s been left in a safe place( I’m on a holiday park) took me 30 mins to find my now damp parcel! Opened it wrong colour phoned only to find out it wasn’t sent from Robert Dyas but a 3rd party explained I wonted to return it promised a pick up following Monday didn’t happed eventuality got a refund after phoning and taking to 3 different people would never use this firm again
