Good Value
Arrived within a week of ordering, whereas others I attempted to buy via other sites over a six week period, were out of stock or had a long delivery date. All BBQs seem to be made in China!!! Some of the build instruction was not clear and needed someone with prior experience to apply logic to the final build steps.

Lovely to cook on, but not a good finish
The finish to the front was peeling off when we unpacked it, and bits keep on peeling off.
Also the instructions are just pictures, so takes a lot of sussing out and time to make up.
All in all, for the price it is OK.

Good barbecue. Can be wheeled about. Is quite big.
I bought this about a month ago and it arrived damaged. This has at last been sorted.
The barbecue itself seems good although this is our first gas barbecue so nothing to compare it with.

Barbecue was a nightmare to put together
We bought this gas bbq from B&Q. It took my husband five hours to assemble it. There are no written instructions, only a dozen very vague, impossible to understand faint diagrams. It’s been used once in s sunny breezy day.. the breeze went through the vents causing most of the flames to go out. Even with a slight breeze we could not use the side hob as the flames just kept going out.. total waste of money.

It was delivered in two parts at week apart!!! The 2nd part came damaged !so retuned it in store where thy we were very helpful. But online help no good!

Still waiting
Ordered this BBQ online. It arrived with no advance warning despite being advised that we would be told in advance.
On trying to assemble it became clear that parts were missing. We advised immediately but 10 days on we are still waiting for a replacement.
It remains to be seen if we
receive a satisfactory replacement and
the boxes containing the incomplete BBQ are collected.
Not impressed at present.

If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
