Loving the egg chair
Fantastic looking chair and very comfy, my favourite place to chill in the garden. 1 star removed as there was a scratch to the base which took 2 weeks to resolve, however Robert Dyas customer service team were responsive and supplier provided a small discount, which was a fair outcome. Beige cushion also likely to get dirtier than a grey cushion but is waterproof. Would definitely recommend this chair.

Does not fit the round swing chair properly
This cover for the swing chair does not fit over the round design very easily, the zip is very tight due to the width of the chair. The overall shape of the cover looks like it is better for the egg shaped chair. The pull cord that comes with it does not draw together properly either. After the rain had past this week I opened up the cover and the seat covers were soaking wet, so not waterproof. Upon further inspection it would appear that the rain has come through the zip as this is not backed with a waterproof coating or protective fabric.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
