I’m am overwhelmed with my table and chairs. It looked absolutely stunning on the website. On delivery the driver was so helpful the service is excellent the product is heavy very well made I would recommend every household should buy this set I can’t wait to show it off to my friends and family thankyou so much

Excellent quality
The quality and service of the manufacturer, Charles Taylor cannot be faulted. Be aware that the parasol needs a tall person to erect though, so sadly I could not manage it. The chairs are very comfortable indeed and everything is so well made. The manufacturer delivers and assembles everything which is a real bonus.

Wrong parasol, cushions not match, no storage bag
Absolutely awful. Wrong parasol, its plastic and advertise wooden box also states wooden, the burgundy cushions are compmetely different shade on parasol as almost pink. No storage bag, boxes all wet and damaged and their useless customers service just replied "oh we did d advertise the box anyway".......STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHEAP TACKY SHOP. No photos will upload as they block it by image too large even after editing below the mamimun

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
