Stunning Garden Furniture
Recently purchased a Charles Taylor Garden furniture table and chairs set, including parasol, base and seat covers. Despite the Covid situation the communication was excellent, the delivery came yesterday, a week earlier than anticipated. Delivery driver was brilliant in putting table together and placing on our back garden maintaining Social Distancing. The Quality is amazing and we are so pleased. Would absolutely recommend using Robert Dyas, was the cheapest as we researched extensively and the customer service was brilliant. Thank You Robert Dyas.

Smart!!
I bought this for my daughter, son-in-law and two year old grandson for whilst they were in lockdown. Grandson can climb over/under it and use it as a cave/tent etc, whilst the grown ups have somewhere to eat/drink outside in comfort (chairs with arms and cushions plus shading parasol).

Sturdy furniture
I bought this a few months ago. Excellent quality furniture and so comfortable even without the cushions. Delivery and assembly was also excellent. I would have given 5 stars, but the parasol was a problem. It took a massive effort to push it up and could only get it past the first peg hole. I had to scramble on the table to put the peg in and take it out . I'm 5ft 6" and couldn't reach it at all. You need to be very tall to reach it from the ground. Solved the problem by cutting 3 inches off the bottom of the pole.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
