Kerbside delivery service:
This item will be delivered on a pallet by a pallet carrier. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the property, either on a drive or in a front garden (provided there is adequate access into your grounds, and suitable surfacing for the use of a pump truck) If you do not have either of these, or the access is limited or unsuitable for delivering a pallet it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet at the kerbside and move your product somewhere safe. The delivery vehicle that it arrives in will be at least the size of a dustbin lorry, and sometimes bigger, as these large pallets require a tail lift vehicle in order to offload the consignment, so it is important to have a think about any restricted access issues/narrow lanes/available turning circles etc, and let us know in advance, as this will help avoid any costly fees which could be incurred from failed delivery attempts due to inadequate access.

A really good purchase at a keen price.
Our swing seat was delivered in time during poor weather. The seat is very well made and easy to assemble. We are enjoying sitting in it with drinks in between showers.

Great - but shame about the delivery
The product is excellent. Assembly is straight forward. What I WASN'T expecting because I hadn't been told, was I also became the proud owner of a pallet. The delivery driver just said "I'm paid to drop-and-go" replying "congratulations on becoming the owner of a pallet" to my question of "what am I going to do with this?" The product was also packed vertically so it wouldn't fit straight into my garage and I had to dismantle and hand-ball it into the garage myself prior to assembly. I guess this is so the delivery cost is kept to one pallet as it then doesn't overlap the size - Carriers charge by the pallet and anything that doesn't fit exactly into that size, gets charged as a double-pallet size.
Product GREAT - delivery sadly underperformed.

Comfortable and sturdily built swing seat
Very pleased with the Churnet Swing Seat, comfortable and sturdily built. Construction needs two people and the holes for the bolts may need cleaning out so that the bolts go through smoothly. The instructions are clear.

Solid!
Robustly made. Solid. We painted it in preservative to change the colour before assembling. Should last a long time now. Impressed with everything except the instructions which are useless but to be honest it's fairly straight forward to put it together. Does need two people to erect it.

Nice garden swing
Lovely bench swing, easy to put together. Finishes our garden off nicely. Shame there is a big mark on the arm of the seat from the chains.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
