This beautiful arrangement has been built by British craftsmen in this unique style using the finest Swedish Redwood. Extra care has been taken to have the wood pressure treated which prevents rot for up to 20 years.

Kerbside delivery service:
This item will be delivered on a pallet by a pallet carrier. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the property, either on a drive or in a front garden (provided there is adequate access into your grounds, and suitable surfacing for the use of a pump truck) If you do not have either of these, or the access is limited or unsuitable for delivering a pallet it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet at the kerbside and move your product somewhere safe. The delivery vehicle that it arrives in will be at least the size of a dustbin lorry, and sometimes bigger, as these large pallets require a tail lift vehicle in order to offload the consignment, so it is important to have a think about any restricted access issues/narrow lanes/available turning circles etc, and let us know in advance, as this will help avoid any costly fees which could be incurred from failed delivery attempts due to inadequate access.

Excellent dining set
The garden dining set appears to be well constructed. The chairs are very comfy. Delivered on time, good communication with supplier and delivery firm. It arrives on a pallet, is heavy and requires minimal assembly. The wood is tanalised but we have given it a couple of coats of oil. We just need some decent weather to use and look forward to many years of comfortable outdoor living.

Nice but lots of wood splits.
Nice set, chairs are comfy, but there are a lot of deep cracks stemming from where it has been screwed together and the wood has split. Not sure how long it will last due to construction. Also very rough on ends of each piece of wood. Needs sanding down quite a lot or could cause injury.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
