The stylish Churwell Pushback Recliner Chair has been developed to the highest standards, providing strength, durability and supreme comfort. The Churwell is one of the latest recliners in our Premier collection offering unsurpassed comfort. This smaller sized chair is ideal when space is limited. It is upholstered in super soft Real Bonded Leather and is reclined using a Pushback Recliner Mechanism. It's also combined with back support to enable you to sit upright with a correct posture or relax while taking a nap in the recliner for hours. The supportive seating gives comfort and support where it's needed the most. Push Back Mechanism Functionality; To operate the Pushback mechanism, place your hands on the armrests of the recliner; pushing forward on the arms and lean backwards using your bodyweight to recline the chair. The footrest will rise in unison with the back reclining. To return to the upright position, gently push the footrest down with your legs to lock it back into place.

I did a lot of research over a period of time before purchasing this chair. My needs were quite specific in that I wanted a chair that was not too big and bulky, nor too deep in the seat. I also have specific needs due to having had hip surgery, and seat height must be at 19 inches. I am very pleased with my purchase, the quality of the chair is excellent, stylish in appearance and great value for money

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
