THIS IS NOT AN ISLAND COOKER HOOD!!
Been waiting over a week now for Robert Dyas/Cookology to collect this item and refund me, after it turned out they have advertised this wrongly. It is not a cooker hood for a kitchen island and can not be fitted from the ceiling. Have called them 3 times to tell them to remove the wording 'Island' from the heading and if you check on Cookology, they have it listed correctly and not with the word Island.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
