Overview
This sturdy and rustic-style wooden swing set will blend into most environments with ease. Its minimalist design provides a place to relax, whilst also allowing you to take in all of your surroundings. The 3-person seat is ergonomically designed with lumbar support for added comfort. Built from premium quality pressure-treated timber helps prevent rot for up to 20 years.
This is a top-quality swinging hammock made from the finest timber with a lovely smooth finish and attractive grain. It is fixed entirely with screws and is designed for stability. It also benefits from heavy galvanised chains that won’t rust, and the 5th grade Redwood timber is pressure treated to Hazard Class 4 (HC4) making it rot-free for as long as 20 years.

Kerbside delivery service:
This item will be delivered on a pallet by a pallet carrier. The delivery driver will have to leave the pallet at the front of the property, either on a drive or in a front garden (provided there is adequate access into your grounds, and suitable surfacing for the use of a pump truck) If you do not have either of these, or the access is limited or unsuitable for delivering a pallet it would be advisable to be in when the driver arrives so that you can unload the pallet at the kerbside and move your product somewhere safe. The delivery vehicle that it arrives in will be at least the size of a dustbin lorry, and sometimes bigger, as these large pallets require a tail lift vehicle in order to offload the consignment, so it is important to have a think about any restricted access issues/narrow lanes/available turning circles etc, and let us know in advance, as this will help avoid any costly fees which could be incurred from failed delivery attempts due to inadequate access.

Good swing chair
Love the chair swing. As some other reviewers mentioned you might need to widen the holes for screws as the timber may not align. The wood is softwood treated and fixings reasonable

Lovely Sturdy Item
Great item - really sturdy and excellent quality! The only issue was that some of the holes for the screws were drilled in the wrong place, so my husband had to re drill them. Other than that, perfect! Review would have been 5 stars if not for the redrilling requirement

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
