Octaspring Body Zone Mattress Topper
I bought this a couple of months ago. Best thing I have purchased in a long time. I suffer with a lot of aches and pains and this topper gives you a wonderful, comfortable nights sleep. I highly rate this product and look forward to going to bed knowing how great my sleep with be. By the way I am not a robot :)

Painful shoulder relief
I bought the Dormeo Octaspring a few weeks ago in the hope that it would help alleviate waking several times a night with very painful shoulders and upper arms thus avoiding buying yet another mattress. The design, of course, is targeted at different areas of the body, the shoulders being one of them. I started to notice the difference within 10days and am very happy to say, Octaspring has done the trick. No more painful nights. Well done Dormeo for this design.

Good nights sleep
I haven’t been sleeping very well but after purchasing the topper everything has changed. I now sleep all night and wake up feeling good. I would recommend the topper to everyone who has trouble sleeping.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
