I ordered a delivery but there was a misunderstanding because one of the colleagues instead sent it to the Ryman warehouse when they took my details but didn’t apply it however the quality was brilliant

Good feature but feels a bit flimsy
good that it has folding sides. Small trays and draw however. Not easy to assemble, took a couple of people several hours using the many screws supplied, the instructions said dont use power tools, but some parts were missing - the instructions on the new parts said to use power tools!
Good customer service though from Robert Dyas, replacement parts soon with me

Very flimsy and wheels do not work properly
The trolley is very flimsy and not worth the price I have paid for it. It's a great design and something I've wanted for years for my small kitchen, but the build is awful. I placed my Ninja on it and when I went to move the trolley to a power socket to use the Ninja, the wheels buckled and caused the trolley to fall to the side - thankfully I was able to catch the Ninja before it fell off. I'm not sure why the reviews for this product were so high, it's not a good product.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
