Lovely fresh smell

Lovely smell!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this as an alternative floor cleaner. I am a fan of these products and wanted to give this a go. It smells really nice, very refreshing and the lemongrass is particularly strong which I liked. My only comment would be that it would have been nice to have more bubbles with it! Other than that, really nice product.

Reliable cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so pleased with the cleaning power of this all purpose. I especially like it on my floors leaving a clean feel smell and look. It lifts dirt easily requires diluting for most uses so you really get a lot of product for your money. I used it neat for some harder to clean spots and happy with the effectiveness. So glad to have a cleaner that is a bit more environmentally conscious too!

I find that the Ecover All Purpose lemon & Ginger Cleaner is great for cleaning the bathroom as well as wiping down doors and walls. Buying the 5 litre refill is good value as i decant some into smaller containers whenever I need to.

Lovely cleaner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Ecover All Purpose Cleaner - Lemongrass & Ginger for a few days now and I'm really impressed with it. It's a plant-based, biodegradable cleaner that works great on all hard surfaces, from my kitchen counters to my bathroom tiles. It cuts through grease and grime easily, but it doesn't leave behind any harsh chemicals or residue. I also love the fresh lemongrass and ginger scent. It's not overpowering, but it's just enough to make my home smell clean and inviting.
I would definitely recommend this cleaner to anyone looking for an effective and eco-friendly way to clean their home. It's a bit more expensive than some other all-purpose cleaners, but I think it's worth the price.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
