Fabulous!
Lovely lamp which is very steady when using the pull cord. Using the recommended bulb it gives off a really good light and sets of the green shade. Quick delivery and came very well packaged. First time buyer, i found your website very easy to use.Thank you!

Arrived broken.
Bought this a month ago and it arrived broken. It was meant to a gift. Delivery was prompt. Contacted Robert Days who had to contact supplier so hopefully will get a refund.

Couldn’t keep the lamp
Badly damaged on arrival so returned for a refund. Packaging from courier was intact so it must have left Eglo already damaged.

Standard delivery to most of UK Mainland is FREE on orders over £30 from Robert Dyas, use code FREEDEL30 at checkout and is available on Standard products. This offer excludes products for delivery to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
