Overview
The Focal Point Fires Horsham suite will add a fantastic new feature to your room. The suite can be installed against a flat wall, you then simply plug it in to give you that warm glow from the LED lights or heat from the variable fan heater. This complete electric fireplace suite is a fully assembled electric fire suite. It features an grey surround and hearth with an Oak veneered Mantle.
The fireplace suite has a 2kW heater with a realistic log effect fuel bed. The realistic flame effect can be used independently of the heater and the fire also features an LED display, remote control, timer and thermostatic control options.

We were surprised a fire & surround came self assembly, but my husband has said it came with clear instructions & was easy to assemble which was great. Very happy with it. Good selection of different background artificial fire glow with remote.

Product is ok but rang customer help line to change delivery address as something had cropped up and wouldn’t be in to take delivery wouldn’t be home till the Wednesday this was all agreed and would be done immediately buy customer services new address was only half a mile away got a phone call on the Tuesday from my next door neighbor there was a delivery left on your driveway luckily family live close by and have a key and we’re able to put the package in the property have still not had confirmation that the fire and surround have been delivered how bad is that won’t be using them again

DONT BOTHER ORDERING, ITS FLAT PACKED !!!!!
Purchased this as a fully assembled suite, it came flat packed. Upon querying this, I was told they would speak to the supplier, another 3 days wasted, until I rang again to be told no it is flat packed, our website is wrong. You can keep it and put it together yourself OR return it if you don't want it. We will waive the return cost. WOW your generosity overwhelms me. NO compensation offered just, we will refund when its returned, oh by the way we cant collect this till beginning of February. Will never use Robert Dyas again they are a joke!!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
