Overview
The Medford fire can be installed in to your wall to create a fantastic flat wall finish. Five flame picture settings, thermostatic control, timer, LED flame picture technology, full remote control or the buttons are discretely hidden under the grill. It has a helpful LED display located in the top right hand corner of the window which displays the heat setting, flame cycle and sleep timer.

Lovely and cosy looking fire. Looks very realistic. Good features on the remote control and Easy to install. Very pleased. Delivery very prompt and on time. Good company to use. And will again.

Very nice fireplace
Perfect size and fits well into the chimney wall. Had to do some handy man work in creating a wood frame to hold the fireplace.

Fire looks fantastic
I bought the fire about 3 weeks ago and have just finished decorating and building into my living room wall. It is a great feature as well as giving off a lovely comforting glow which is what it was purchased for.

Awful customer service
Fire was broken.. woman on the phone was purposely being obnoxious. Told I had to wait for them to get the tire back before I could have a refund ( I needed the money ). I asked to takk to a supervisor and was told he would ring me back. I called again later and spoke to a very nice woman who said “ I don’t know why they couldn’t give your money back, I’ll message admin and they will refund you within 24 hours and I’ll add a note to suggest some compensation!”.... that didn’t happen and it took ten days!!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
