The company is really good,
The company is really good, communication was brilliant.
I had to return as sofa was too big and refunded straight away.
I ordered the 2 seater and fitted wonderful. The seating is firm which I found so comfortable. The height was just right. Well worth the money and really good with cats as they cannot scratch the material.

Luxurious sofa
Love the sofas, fast delivery came really well packaged, the velvet material is super soft it looks beautiful in our hallway. Love the dark grey colour especially when the sunlight hits it. The cushions are reversible so you can go for more chesterfield button front or you can flip it so it’s plain instead. It’s really firm so you don’t need to fluff the cushions after getting off the sofa! Highly recommend.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
