Leonardo x6 table in gold + Milano chairs
My daughter bought this as a gift to me. The delivery was smooth although be mindful of the small print as deliveries to apartments that are not ground floor will be problematic. You will need someone to help you bring the items up. The packaging is so good that everything is safely transported but there will be plenty of recycling so be mindful. It was an easy-ish job to assemble the table. Just make sure there are two of you. The pack comes with gloves for one person to avoid fingerprints/smudges and safely lifting the glass which is brilliant but you may want to find another non grip pair from somewhere. There are spares for a lot of the fixings for future use including a full set of bolts/washers etc for a chair. We initially had four chairs only as that seemed suitable for a six seats table but realised the size is so generous that it would accommodate six comfortably. When contacted for the extra two chairs (cream not available in sets of two online), communication was super fast and the extra set was arranged next day for despatch. Overall the experience was wonderful and will definitely come back for additional items for the home.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets

- Perishable items including live plants and Trees

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
