Good but heavy
I bought this specifically to trim the top of medium size Olive trees and Salix trees to avoid balancing on a ladder. It works very well for this job, as you can balance the weight against your body. It is not a replacement for a standard hedge trimmer for low level work as it is to long when at its minimum length.

Unexpectedly powerful.
I was undecided about mains v's battery power from the effectiveness point of view. The product is much more effective than I had imagined, I'm very pleased with it.
