Fast heating
Very good product, nice large size and heats up really fast and can be turned up to a high heat, fantastic for doing my stir frys, main bowl is not removable but it is very easy to clean, I would recommend only using silicone spatula to stir your food when heating, I would recommend this product as I am very pleased with it

Product was damaged, loose electric fitting immediately apparent. Still trying to return, in spite of 2 phone calls and numerous emails. Product is light and shoddy, returns service requires photographs, arranged pick up did not happen, no alternative so far. Will not use this company again, no effective complaints option. Avoid
