reasonable product - does the job.
Straightforward gazebo which is reasonably sturdy. There was a small dent in one leg which other reviewers have noted, but compared with many models this item is quite cheap and we did buy it on an offer as well. The instructions could be better as we made one or two errors in erecting it and had to back track. The sunshade is effective and looks ok, we keep it tied back unless we are using it. Legs need securing properly to paving and this increases the stability of the structure considerably. Like all these things it would be better to review after a couple of years. We will take the roof material down in the autumn and store till next summer.

Looks good and does the job but ...
I bought this recently as I had seen the smaller version at a garden centre but they didn't sell this size and couldn't get me one. The gazebo is perfect for us fits just right on our decking and looks good and is well made. Unfortunately, two of the legs have dents in them (one more than the other) but this could have been caused when being delivered. Also on one of the legs the holes had been predrilled but the nuts that should have been in the holes were missing but our local hardware store came up trumps on this and thankfully my partner's DIY skills, albeit not very good, helped. You may ask why didn't I send it back, to be honest I had been trying to get one of these for ages and didn't want to risk sending it back and not being able to get a replacement if it was out of stock. Would buy again if I needed another one but definitely would check it when it arrives before starting to erect it.

Looks good but not overly impressed with quality
Damaged parts, another one was sent out which also contained damaged parts, made one good one from using both gazebos, which look very nice now erected, waiting for damaged gazebo to be collected and a partial refund for inconvenience caused has been agreed

What can I say other than awful. If this is British made then we have no hope.
On unpacking I noticed the dents and peeling paint, anyhow thinking this can be rectified I assembled
Well the cover/awning or what ever it is called had the most appalling sewing I have ever seen, it must have been sewn by a three year old and full of little holes, no straight lines, It is however great to collect rain water by the gallon whether open or closed.
I tried phoning many many times the manufacturers, no one ever answered, I left messages (polite) no one ever replied.
Fortunately being a retired Engineer and someone who had upholstery as a hobby I have made good and have made a new cover that neither leeks or stores water.
Stay away from this product.

Don't expect this to arrive in time!
Ordered this last Thursday for delivery by this Tuesday, in time for an event tomorrow, and it still hasn't arrived- after much chasing I've now been told to wait 3 working days for an order status update. Hopeless.
