I am in love....
I bought this after seeing a photo of a colleagues at work and I am so happy I found it. Robert Dyas was quick delivery and well packaged. Great price and it makes so much difference to my lounge. Really does make it toasty too. Good quality and so easy to just hang on the wall, fill with bio ethanol oil and off you go.

Attractive alternative heater
Compared to our more expensive bio fuel fire place we have in our lounge, this is more awkward to fill with fuel and possibly burns the fuel a little quicker.However it is efficient and good to look at.

Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
