Was very straightforward to put together. I used the manual which came with the BBQ and there was also an online tutorial on You Tube. Most difficult thing to do was put on the side burner.
Used it for the first time at the weekend and looking forward to using again this weekend and improving my BBQ timings. Only tried gas but have charcoal briquettes to try another time.

Excellent bbq
Had it a month now and this bbq is awesome! It was easy to put together and works brilliantly. I've cooked just for myself and it's easy and efficient as you can just use 1 burner and 1 row of coals, then when it's party time fire up the lot! I was worried at first that the grills couldn't be raised or lowered when using coals but the height is just right, the fat catcher works too! Definitely recommend this bbq

Great product, let down by Robert Dyas
It's still early days, but I can't fault the product at all. Solid construction, easy to use, and the fat collection system seems to work well. I haven't yet tried the briquettes, but the carriers look good quality.
Robert Dyas' service was not on the same level, I would recommend buying from elsewhere to ensure you receive the product when required. After a lengthy phone call I was none the wiser where the BBQ was, despite being on a next day delivery - I had offered to personally collect from the depot and/or store but the operator simply didn't know where the unit was. This resulted in the BBQ not arriving for the function it was required for, and having to beg steal and borrow from friends/family.

Great once a undamaged BBQ finally received
The first BBQ arrived with several of the key parts dented and scratched requiring it to be returned.
Once we received the replacement it was fine having to do this and the difficulties encountered results in my lower rating.

Great BBQ arrived damaged TWICE!
Poor customer services on Roberty Dyas' part means that after 4 weeks I'm still without a working BBQ for which I spent hundreds of pounds. They need to fix their supply chain and stop selling customers damaged goods. Still not heard back from CS after a week.
