Much improved!
Bought this to replace a MK 1 version which I bought in 2015. That one served us well and is still going strong but I donated that one to our teenage son in the hope that he might use it for his room. Yes, I know, a big hope. This MK2 version is very impressive, all the features and accessories of the previous model but with enhanced features like the on/off button which is a godsend (no more tennis elbow), spare filter cartridge, and new design of the internal filter/emptying process. If this one lasts as long as the previous model, I will be delighted. Thanks G-Tech!

Hair and fur scare!
It is quite embarrassing to discover how much hair and fur one old woman and her old dog can shed into the environment! The machine is light and easy to operate, and appears to be very effective.

Absolutely brilliant
I bought this model for myself a few months ago and it is absolutely brilliant. Best vacuum I have ever had. I have a moulting cat and her hairs are no problem for the MK2 K9. The one bought recently was a present for my daughter. She is equally thrilled with the performance.

The suction is far better than your previous model. It really sucks up most of my cat’s hair. I’m really pleased.

Love the vacuum and have been using it daily as I have a dog. It’s light but powerful and holds the charge well.
However, the delivery was stressful and if I could find a way to contact DPD I would make a complaint.

Very pleased with purchase.
Good suction and picks up cat fur efficiently. I like that you can now fix the crevice tool straight in to the nozzle instead of having to fix a nozzle attachment.

Fantastic but heavy
This is so powerful and picked up embedded dog hair from my velvet sofas with ease. However the unit whilst well balanced was just too heavy for me as I have arthritis in my wrists and hands so sadly I had to return it.
My return was dealt with very professionally and promptly and thr lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely and understood my predicament.
