The Haden kettle is perfect. I usually make 1 drink at a time, and sometimes 3. This is an adequate size for my needs. I can boil just 1 cup and use less electricity I hope. It is a great pouring kettle, and the filter is more robust than other filters I have had. There is a spare filter too, so brilliant. My last kettle company wanted to charge £10 for a replacement! I have a Haden microwave, which is stainless steel inside and like that so went for the same make again. Some reviews said the kettle was noisy, but mine is fine. I will definitely have another Haden, in another lovely colour.

Lovely small kettle
I’ve been using this kettle a few weeks now and can’t fault it so far. I was a bit surprised that it was as small as it is but it boils enough for my needs and is very quick to pop on again if more water is needed. Love it’s elegant style and how little space it takes up. Also, the inside is all stainless steel with the exception of the lime scale filter on the spout, which is detachable. The kettle is light and pours very well. And the price seems pretty good. Just hope it lasts.

Pleased with our newly acquired Haden kettle - small and a little noisy, but we've adjusted to it quickly and it is great that it has hardly any plastic inside!

If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
