Protective 'feet' difficult to affix
The four protective 'feet' are metal pins with plastic caps to be hammered into the bottom of the base. The first one went in okay but the second one bent as I tried to gently hammer it in to the base which is quite hard material. So I used adhesive pads instead.

Overall really happy with the shoe rack.
A few things of note for potential buyers - I got the wooden one and the stickers that are put on to cover the screws do not match well with the wood (I imagine this is less of an issue on a plain colour - white).
Also, when building, there are certain ways the wood goes round so that the screws fit in well (a larger bit for the head of the screw). This is not clear from the instructions.

1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
